Old Siltclaw

An oversized crawfish that came up the flooded drain during the mine's empty months and partly chokes the pump intake: the wake-the-mine regional boss.

EnemyWildlifeIndividualMinorAnimal

Character

One individual of the crawfish archetype, at regional-boss tier. The village-style name describes its age-worn, silt-covered presence; it introduces no new species and has one placement, with no summoned creatures or additional spawns.

The flooded drain brought it into the sump's shallow water, where rock screens shelter it beside the intake. The pier, water edge and dry maintenance crescent belong to its home before they belong to the fight.

It keeps the crawfish rhythm: concealed by water and rock screens until the player changes angle, slow on dry ground and dangerous at the edge. Sound first, disturbed water next and a partial glimpse precede commitment; no moveset, damage or animation is specified.

Its body partly obstructs the pump intake. The basin is rising but has not yet reached the spill sill into the lower door cut when Kip arrives; that temporary dry access adds no separate pump-repair task.

"reason": "The fourth-iteration brief chooses an oversized crawfish because water, a pier, rock screens and a dry crescent already form its habitat. Its arrival through the flooded drain and obstruction of the intake connect the arena to the mine's water logic, while the familiar crawfish rhythm echoes the last lamp on Lamp Road.
